My editorial process is straight forward. You tell me what your story is, and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can place, which publication might be the right home for it, and the sort of fee and time scale to expect.

I’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way and always do full readbacks for accuracy. So you know, my writer’s fees are paid by the publisher. My services won’t cost you a penny.

Exclusivity

I work exclusively, meaning whilst I’m working to place your story with my extensive network of editorial contacts, you’ll have my full attention and effort. In return, you won’t speak to any other journalists, agencies or freelancers.

It’s the best way to protect both your time, and mine.

Unlike some agencies, I don’t expect exclusive access to you forever - just until the story we’re currently working on together has been printed and is off sale, because that’s what fair and reasonable.

No journalist or agency owns the right to a human being and their life journey.
