Raising my daughter bilingual

I was raised bilingual, speaking Farsi and English. I always pictured my husband and I doing the same for our daughter. Though he took lessons and has a basic grasp of Farsi, it’s not the main language we speak in the house and as a result, our daughter is not learning Farsi in the way we had hoped.
