Miracle of the broken girl

After battling with anorexia for years, teenager Becky Gendall felt she could no longer cope with the difficulties of her illness and tried to take her life. Miraculously, she survived a horror plunge and despite shattering multiple bones in her body, and needing 21 surgeries to piece her broken limbs back together, she made a full recovery.

Now, Becky has trained as a nurse, working in the very hospital that saved her life.

I placed her inspiring story in the Sunday Mirror. You can read her full story online here.
