Snooze expert James Wilson, known as The Sleep Geek, says many people feel stressed during the coronavirus lockdown because they have been forced to change their normal routines.
For many, the struggle to fall asleep has worsened during the pandemic, fuelled by anxiety and worry about health, money, changes to normal routines and excess stress.
The Sleep Geek shared his top tips with me to help readers switch off and quickly fall asleep at night including siding the biological functions that need to take place in order for sleep to come, embracing new routines, exercising earlier in the day, sitting by the window to work and cutting back on the booze to name a few.
