A foodie adventure
Sam and Shauna quite their jobs to take the trip of a lifetime around the globe.
It wasn’t until they hit the Deep South of the USA and were welcomes with open arms into the cookout community that they really found what their hearts had been searching for: the trifecta of good living. Great food, great music and great people.
The sense of community the couple felt everywhere they went fuelled their passion for the awesome American BBQ being dished out. It was with that passion they returned to the U.K. and brought the mouthwatering recipes and BBQ techniques they’s learned and started award-winning restaurant, Hang Fire.
